With our proprietary booking platform and a growing presence across Europe, we’re looking for a mid to senior B2B business/sales development rep to accelerate our customer acquisition engine and build a scalable demand generation strategy.
The role refers exclusively to the country of Greece so the candidates must have an excellent knowledge of the Greek B2B market.
As a full-time B2B business/sales development rep, you will be responsible for building a performance-driven, data-informed lead generation machine.
You’ll join a team and you will handle the full demand generation funnel and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and external stakeholders to scale our pipeline and fuel revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead a multi-channel demand generation strategy to acquire qualified leads in Greece.
- Design and implement personalized approach startegies targeting specific industries and customer segments.
- Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, email automation, analytics tools).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Define KPIs and develop robust reporting frameworks to measure ROI and performance.
- Align closely with Sales to ensure tight lead handoff and continuous feedback loops.
- Constantly test, learn, and iterate to drive growth at scale.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, ideally in SaaS, tech, or travel.
- Proven success in building scalable lead generation programs.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and pipeline generation.
- Hubspot Knowledge
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
- A curious, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
